How can I repair a broken picture frame?
I have several old pictures that the stand that keeps them standing on a table has broken off. Is here a DIY project to make new ones? Thanks

You could reattach them to the back with 2 small (shoe lace size) gromets. The gromets will work like pop rivets. I would add a strong adhesive to the top of the stand between the back and the stand before pounding the eyelets in. Also a piece of ribbon glued to the back and the stand will keep the stand from sliding too far from the frame.
I just purchased some really cute table top frame stands from the craft super store near me. The small ones were only about $3 a piece
