How large is extra large? What diameter? Off the top of my head, any size can be drawn if there is an anchor in the middle (like a tack), and string that is tied (with a loop) to it with a pencil attached at the end.
I would find the center of whatever will be my circle, fasten cord, or ribbon, or whatever to the center, hold the pencil in my right hand at the diameter I want and trace the circle or half circle, which ever is easier.
