There are curtain rods that can be mounted to the ceiling.

Hi Renee. Use a hula hoop. Cut the hoop and feed the fabric on it. After all the fabric is on the hoop, repair the cut with a strong tape like Duct tape or Gorilla tape. Hang hooks from the ceiling to hold the hoop.
