I figured it would have to be sanded... hopefully it’s not too deep and we can blend it into the rest of the floor... our 16 year old dog just passed away and he didn’t always hit the pee pads... but he was a good dog and we miss him..,thanks.

It would have to be sanded down below where the urine has penetrated.
