How do I clean Fake red bricks on the kitchen wall by the stove that has accumulated grease

I would use some Dawn dish soap and hot water. Washing first with a kitchen scrubby sponge and then drying so no excess moisture remains on the fake brick.
I recommend Krud Kutter.
Are they brick veneer or molded tissue brick? If the fake molded tissue brick you really can't clean
A paste of baking soda & hydrogen peroxide or white cleaning vinegar, apply with a scrub brush for medium build up
Kitchen and wood safe degreaser like GP66 or Fuller’s for heavy build up.
