How do I prevent mud from forming along my fence?
What to use along fence line to get rid of mud. I believe my mowers used herbicide to lessen trimming. Now my tiny white poodle gets red muddy feet. It is a mowing area so rocks or pavers won't work..maybe sand???

You could try some mulch. Of course you really can't mow over the mulch but you can mow up to or along the edges of the mulch.
Mulch or sand would be a temporary solution. If they used an herbicide, you can plant grass again in about a year after the spray. Ask them not to use it again in the future.
You could replace the mowing area with rocks or pavers as you mentioned along the fence line and they will just mow up to the edge of the material.
I do not think grass would grow there well. I would use pavers or gravel in that area to stop the mud.
