Cut the ends off of 3 white plastic hangers.throw one end away. Buy a wire wreath frame at a store. Hot glue the ends of the hangers onto the wire, paint the whole thing. Frankly the work involved in doing this would be much more difficult than seems practical to do, esp when you are having a problem knowing how to do it.
