How can I upcycle ice cream buckets?

    Dianna....I use them for cleaning baseboards because they don't weigh much and are small enough to hold water with cleaning substances. Haven't used for a craft but maybe after Christmas I will think about it and let you know. Sorry

    yes, we use these for lots of things. You could freeze water in layers, putting some decorative items in each layer before adding more water. If where you live is cold enough they would make an outdoor display. You could use them as planters. You could use them at Halloween to hand out candy. You could re=cycle them.

  • You can use as a compost bucket on the counter top.

    Ideas for ice cream buckets: Paint them with black chalk paint write with chalk what the storage is for like, cords,ribbon, paint, or wrap them in rope and use cute tags & put them in the pantry for snack organizers any kind of organizers :) mix match sock bucket, color crayons, the list keeps going :)

    I use them to put houseplants in. Put the plant in dirt in the bucket. Set the bucket into a pretty basket or a larger decorative pot. I have poked holes in the planted bucket for drainage and set that bucket into another ice cream bucket. Then put them in a pretty basket. Can't see the bucket when the plant grows (Pothos)
