It's a epoxy paint kit. Just know anything over cultured marble is temporary, especially in the sink. Once it gets scratched it will peel. Should last long enough to save up for a replacement.

Really good Prep work is essential to this lasting.
I would clean everything with acetone or some other non/residue chemical.
If there’s rust around the drain flange, that needs to be cleaned and stabilized with a rust converter.
Follow the epoxy kit directions to a T.
