How can I spruce up white vinyl fencing?

I have plain white vinyl fencing EVERYWHERE and neighborhoods ors do not want to change- what stain or paint works best to give some life to vinyl that is effective and really works?????HELP!!!

A local stand alone paint store will have the correct products for you.
If the fence is yours you can use paint that is made for plastic.
Vinyl fencing is the same material as vinyl siding. It's not really meant to be painted. I would recommend adding a trellis and/or hang pots of plants on it. There are pot hangers made specifically to hang on fences
