I like to mix equal parts vinegar, water and alcohol, then add 3 drops dishsoap and essential oils for fragrance. A spray bottle of this really cuts food residue and fingerprints off of stainless steel. I spray, let sit for a couple of seconds and then polish with a soft cloth. Once per month or so, I'll use a petroleum based stainless steel cleaner to penetrate the pores of the steel and prevent stuff from sticking, but I only do this every few weeks
What ever you use, dry with a microfiber towel. They remove all of the streaks.
