Put foil around the spot or plastic wrap over spot then cover with glue foil you could make a mold cover two times the area with foil then take top off then put next to it and tape up to it with duck tape then fill
Spray a piece of the molding you still have that matches what you are trying to match with Pam. Pour hot glue over area, when cooled peel off. You mold is now made. You can use Bondi to fill after you spray inside if your new mold with Pam also. Can be sanded , cut and painted. Good luck. Have fun.

Generously cover the piece you wish to replicate with the glue. Let it cool down and lift it off. You should then have a mould you can use.
