Pull out your owners manual and follow recommendations. If you no longer have your manual, look up on line on the manufacturers website. These sites will help you.
I use baking soda and vinegar after every use.
I have a new oven that is steam cleaning. I find it doesn't clean the heavy stuff like my old one that was self cleaning, so I use Easy Off No Fume cleaner. It works great on a cold oven and is easy to use.
I use Easy Off too.
I use the self cleaning option if you have it. If not, set a glass pan of warm water and ammonia in your oven over night. The ammonia fumes will soften all the baked on food and it will wipe out clean in the morning
