If it has a black ceramic or glass top , like mine does , I use a product by weiman ceramic stovetop cleaner and polish . I found it at the supermarket for under $5 , it works great.!
You might check with the manufacturer first as they typically have suggestions for cleaning but you could try TSP substitute mixed with water in a spray bottle.
Stuck on grease is a little vague, so try making a paste of baking soda and Dawn. Let it sit for a while. Put damp (not real wet) paper towels over it and lightly mist them when they start to dry out. This will pull the grease loose. If you have ceramic, gently remove the mixture as baking soda can be a bit abrasive.
I use Mr Eraser on my ceramic top, but it will work on any type stove.

Is it a glass top? if yes I use a Scrub Daddy sponge and Bio cleaner paste. It is a super fine organic paste that removes everything.
