I use the Home Defense perimeter spray approximately every 4 months. I spray the exterior and interior perimeter of my house. Make sure there's no leaves and debris resting on your foundation or it won't work. I also have filled all penetrations with spray expansion foam like Great Stuff.
What type of pests do you need to get rid of?
Different things for different pest. Traps for mice, sticky traps for spiders, sprays for household plants. What are you trying to kill?
