How can I cover a bathroom window so one can't see inside?

I have a bathroom window that is right behind the toilet. Glass is frosted but can still see from outside

What about a blind that you can pull from the bottom or cafe curtains?
I think I would add a shade or some blinds.

I've used opaque window film on windows like that. It obscures the window and still lets light in, and I think it would be fine over frosted windows. It can be found at Home Depot or on Amazon. I hope this helps!
