Yes. Use a special blade for cutting tiles, carefully remove the piece/sections of broken tile, replace them into the existing space and regrout.

You use a chisel to break the grout around the broken tiles and chip out the tiles, and to remove the excess mastic on the floor so you can put new tiles, mastic and grout to replace. A masons chisel is best as it has a collar to prevent hand getting cut, and its strong steel.
