Hi Anne, an easy way to achieve this us using a wire hanger bent into the shape you desire. lightly attach the plant to the hanger in places using twist ties, loosen and adjust them as the plant grows

Take a wire Coat hanger and bend it into the shape you want and stick it into the pot and then arrange your plant around it and let it grow, winding in the plant as it grows.

Thank you so much for you christmas Greetings. If your plant is so tall, why not buy a trellis panel and cut into the shape you want and fix your plant to it via ties. Trim to shape. Best wishes for the season and beyond...........
