This stain was left from well water after power went out, the tub has a raised design to prevent slipping. The pink color is not on the tub came from photo.
Hi, Anne!
Here's a link to an article that may work! Hope this helps!
I use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for tea stains on coffee cups and believe it would work well for the rust stains in your tub as well.
CLR...calcium, lime, rust-available at walmart and DIY stores.
We had the same problem in one of our tubs - so much iron! Try Iron Out - worked so easily for us: https://amzn.to/2LtnLPA
Thanks! I didn't ask the question, but have tried to remedy the same problem in our 70 year old home. I didn't have too much luck with the CLR and the smell of it made my nose, throat and chest burn for a couple of days. I'll give this a shot!
Iron Out and scrub with something like Scrub Daddy or Magic Eraser.
