I buy baking soda in 15 pound bags. Just sprinkle on the surface, spritz with vinegar (vinegar is not applicable for all surfaces) or water, let it sit a few minutes then wipe.
Baking soda & vinegar make a chemical reaction. Vinegar is a mild acid. This is useful for some water-based stains.
Toilet bowls get a mineral-deposit “line” at the bowl water’s top and baking soda/vinegar won’t take that away without mechanically removing it. As in use a green nylon scrubber and wear gloves.
