How do I make a Christmas tree using tomato cages?

Hello Hometalk friends.I saw a while ago, this idea for Christmas trees using Tomato cages as support. I remember 2 pictured in a cornerof a room. Green garlin I believe is used. But may have been branches from old tree or the extras sold for fillins. Can you help. Used indoor or outdoor.Thank you ~~Sharen

I made 2 tomato cage Christmas trees last year. Because my large pots were different colors, I spray painted them silver to match each other. I put an upside down tomato cage in the pots and used duct tape to hold them in place. Then I gathered the spikes together at the top and used rubber bands to hold them. I used Dollar Tree garland wound around the cages. Then I put one strand of lights on each "tree". I gave one to my daughter and I kept the other one. Mine is on my porch.
