How can I clean dog urine out of an ivory carpet?
I noticed and cleaned this stain up while it was still wet. I used folex, a special rug shampoo, etc. It has dried, and there is still a faint stain. What can I do to remove it? Thanks in advance.

Furry Freshness takes out a lot of old stains.
We use a spray called Capture! and it works wonders. We found it at Lowe's in the carpet area.

Candace....I would suggest Blue Magic from AutoZone ... it's really good and has worked on many stains for us but I have not tried on dog urine.
Hello there,
Try a Steam Cleaner.........
I have long used a product called Nature's Miracle. It works with enzymes. The thing most people don't understand is that you pour it on and LEAVE IT. It will decompose the enzymes that create the odor and the stain. Once you've let it soak a few hours, then you re-wet and use a paper towel or whatever to absorb the liquid. I also use this in my steam cleaner. We have an incontinent dog and this is our savior. Always read and follow the instructions on the bottle - whatever you try. Cheers!
Thank you all so much for taking the time to answer my question. Lots to choose from. Iāll probably just go down the list.
Thanks again!
Blue magic, Folex or Icky Poo will take out doggie stains.
Shout it out
Absolutely natures miracle - it is made specifically for pet stains such as urine. It breaks down the enzymes in the urine. It is amazing!!!!! We have 3 dogs and one is 17 years old and is prone to accidents. I have also used it for dried coffee stains on white pants, and other stubborn stains.
Try this first!
I use RESOLVE URINE DESTROYER. Then I use carpet shampooer over the spot a few times. I have the same carpets & no stains at all! Good luck š
