DIY Reusable Grateful Board

After a challenging year of several surgeries and breast cancer, it was recommended to me that I write down 3 things I'm grateful for every morning to keep my spirits up. I decided to create a reusable grateful board to start practicing this as we move into the new year. You can see more of my crazy creations here
I started with a frame I got from the dollar store, but you could easily use one you have or even pick up one from the thrift store.
I bought this place mat from the dollar store as I liked the design and texture. I took out the paper inside the frame, traced it onto the place mat, and cut the place mat.
I found wall stickers at the dollar store that said "grateful". I placed the sticker onto the top of the cut place mat.
I put the place mat back into the frame and put the frame back together.
Using a dry erase marker, I can write the 3 things I'm grateful for each day. When it gets to the next day, I can erase them and write 3 more. This board would also be great for all family members to write on during holidays, gatherings, and more. Also makes a great gift idea.

What a beautiful idea!! We all should acknowledge what we are grateful for and this is a lovely way of doing it! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I love it ❤️ I also was diagnosed with breast cancer in November sometimes it’s hard to see things we are grateful for but they are all around us 😊 Thanks for sharing. Health and blessings to you .
