Hello Cindy,
Cut out a circle of card so you can stick the ends of the peg on it. Depending whether you want a 5 or 6 pointed star. Lay our pegs on the card pointed ends out and with the other ends touching. Use a strong glue to fix them in place and together at the centre. When dry paint as required or decorate.......Have fun.
