If you're looking to update your curb appeal (here are 5 more ways to do that!), swapping out your house numbers can be an easy way to add some character to your space. I recently installed a custom floating plaque, and I'm sharing how to install this popular style to update your porch!

Hi, I'm Jenn! I've been flipping houses all by myself for 9 years, and I blog all about over at Bachelorette Pad Flip. I hope you'll hop over and give me a follow to keep up with all things house flipping!

Step 1 is to make sure you have all the right tools. I share my tips for what works (and doesn't work) in my tutorial blog post. The packaging should also give you specific tool needs too.

Step 2: Decide the perfect spot for your house numbers or plaque. The numbers should come with a template so you know where the holes should go.

Step 3: Level up! This is a crucial step to make sure everything looks polished in the end. Make sure the holes are lined up and level.

Step 4: Prep the plaque or numbers for install with the right adhesive (I link to my favorite one in the blog post!)

The end result! To see the last few steps before I hung the plaque, hop over to my blog!
