How do I fill a wrought iron tall planter with greenery for Christmas?

Get a piece of styrofoam or better yet, wet floral foam. Stick that into your planter. Then go to work sticking your greenery into the planter until you have it as full as you would like. For the best look, mix, cedar, white pine and some noble fir tips.
Don't forget to add a colorful bow or maybe some white lights!
