Soak it in Oxyclean and then launder as usual.
That’s a tough stain, I’d use fels naptha and add some biz to the load.
Soat it in liquid Shout overnight then wash as usual.
What is the fabric content of the sweater?
If the sweater has already been washed and dried with heat without first having had the stains completely removed, they may have already set.
If so, it will be next to impossible to remove, simply due to the molecular structure of the fibers in the knit.

Soak overnight in sink with Oxyiclean. Then launder.
It depends on the color try soaking it in white vinager for a couple of hours
