I have well water, which has left rust stains in my tub. Over the years I've used several cleaners to remove the stains, some of them were very harsh. They removed the rust and the enamel.

I have same kind of tub with lol water also ! I use toilet bowl cleaner and comet ! I had to try a few types and each one did something different but I found the toilet cleaner in a black bottle and I’m out so can’t tell u the name but I know it’s only one that I have ever found that is in a black bottle! But I put down toilet bowl cleaner and then sprinkle comet and then take sponge and spread around and let it sit till it drys!

Fill tub wth 1 cup of vinegar then add cup of baking soda let sit for 30 minutes then take a scrubber wth long handle and scrub. Drain tub and rinse tub wth water
