Hi Denise, they probably need new batteries. I find my dollar store solar lights only last about three years before they start going out on me. Here's a video on some fixes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3xywdXtF94
It may cost you more to repair them than it would to replace them.
Solar lights never last for more than a season without a battery change or other repair. See if this help you out.

Sometimes solar lights will have a battery that will need to be changed yearly. But if you purchased it at the dollar store, the cheaper fix would be to replace it.
Thank you everyone
Hi! Here is a link that might be helpful!
"In many cases, solar lights stop working because the plastic covering the solar panel gets cloudy. This is especially true for inexpensive landscaping lights. If the plastic looks cloudy after wiping it down with a damp soft cloth, apply a coat of clear nail polish once the panel dries completely. This will help the panel receive light again, which should charge the solar light so it functions properly. Allow the nail polish to dry completely, then set the solar light up so its panel will receive ample sunlight."

Hi, Denise!
The lens may need to be cloudy and need to be cleaned. Here is a tutorial on repairing the lens on a solar light... I hope this helps!
Dollar store solar lights are notoriously short-lived.
You can take out the insides and then plant small-scale succulents in the clear plastic conical lens.
