You could try a steam cleaner. Sometimes the steam will loosen the stain from the fibers and make it easier to clean. Always check your fabric content first and any manufacturer recommendations!
It depends on your fabric. I used regular dish soap and a microfiber cloth first. That got off a lot of it. Then I sprayed it with a 50/50 mix of vinegar & water with a few drops of Dawn and let that sit for a while. I scrubbed that with a damp microfiber cloth and got out the rest of it. You might have to try more than once if the layers of stain are deep. Wishing you the best.
If the stain is from something like crayon, and not too large, you might want to try eye makeup remover on an inconspicuous spot. It's meant for dissolving even waterproof mascara, so it might just do the trick.
