Pregnant plants tall. Does anyone have any idea what to do once at top of window.

Most plants need to be cut back to make them fuller, but it depends on the plant. That's why we need more information. You could also use your search feature, using the name of your plant and asking how to care for it. Wishing you the best.
You can probably prune them back as others have mentioned, but it would help to know what they are. Do you have a picture?
