Hello Wanda! There are numerous things you can do! If the walls are paneled/dry wall, you can paint. Redo the closet doors into something more than plain and boring. You can change the flooring: remove carpeting/add new carpeting, do laminate plank floors. Add an area rug. Add a new headboard and new bedding. Change out the curtains/blinds. Put up a new light fixture! So many options!

I think the best upgrade is to install real drywall, walls and ceiling, which transforms that mobile home look into a regular house look.

That shouldn't be necessary in a bedroom. Once it has been properly mudded, primed and painted, it will be sufficiently resistant to moisture for a bedroom area.

This is a very broad question. What are your skills? What tools do you have access to?

    Hi Wanda,

You could use wallpaper or Contact or just use paint or paint sponging etc Hope that's of help.........

Thank you cause I didn't even think about wallpaper or Contact paper. I'm sure that I can find some wallpaper that already has the glue on it.

You can always paint. I would prime first. Paint doors a contrasting color or bright white. Check Macy's for new bedding, I've gotten sets there for under $40 - even a king. Add a rug if you don't want to replace flooring.

My immediate thought also was to use wallpaper. It comes in so many unique designs and is not too difficult to install. Paint would work well too. Years ago we painted a mobile home interior with very light beige paint and it gave the place a completely different and cozy look. We used flat paint but I'd suggest a satin.

Paint is always a great place to start as it gives a space a new look!
