If they are stools it is very simple but chair are a little more challenging. If it is a stool simply unscrew the top from the frame and remove the fabric that is on there now. You can use it as a template to cut out the new fabric. Then apply the new fabric and staple it underneath. Last screw the top back on and you are finished.
