Is it a solid mirror or is it attached to wooden door? A photo might help get better answers. It may need to be replaced.

Not much you can do with a cracked mirror except 7 years of bad luck!

Not much. You can prevent further cracking by filling the crack with two part clear epoxy. Use a credit card or something plastic to force it into the crack.Clean the excess off with nail polish remover. May slightly hide the crack. It is a temporary fix.

If you have a local glass company nearby and you are not confident about repairing/replacing the mirror yourself you could remove the door and take it to the glass company to repair. I know that the two glass companies in my area would be happy to do this!

I have a cracked mirror and I hung a wreath over it. You cannot see the crack now.

You could go to a diy store or Amazon and get the product that is used for windshield chips and cracks, it is the same principal.

    Best to you.

Depending on how big the crack is, you can either clean the area with a soft cloth and remove any dirt.

    Apply the stabilizer.

Insert the resin through the stabilizer so it is in the crack.

Apply a small amount of resin on top of the area.

After the resin has cured, peel the top resin layer off and clean the mirror. or

Painting over the crack is also an option, as long as it doesn’t affect visibility of the reflection. You can paint a border around the edges, or a simple design that extends to cover the crack.

Cut and glue a tile or glass backsplash of your choice to hide the crack, which works particularly well along the top or bottom of the mirror.

Just thought of another idea: Get some etching cream from Michaels or Hobby Lobby and etch the mirror or you can also buy stencils and use etching cream to disguise the crack.

You can cover it with something but you will never hide it. Glue something on top of it perhaps like clear craft mosaic tiles perhaps.
