You might try a clear flexible glue like E-6000 or the Goop glue. Clean the area first, of course, of anything that would keep it from sticking, like soap film. Hope it helps.
Is the faucet leaking or around the faucet? Nan W links are great for a faucet leak. if it's around the faucet then it may be the faucet valve or connections in the wall. That would be a job for a plumber.
