Look on you tube using the manufacturers name to see if there's a video on using their products. If not ask you tube to show tutorials on how to make teddy bears. There should be several to choose from. Good luck , sounds like a fun project.

Hi Izzy: Most often bears are put together the same way, no matter who made the pattern. The only difference is if they have moveable arms and legs. Get a book from the library on how to make Teddy Bears and you should have a good idea on how they go together. I make them often, and the pattern should have the manufactures name on each piece, i.e., Simplicity, Butterrick, etc. If the arms and legs don't move, then it's easier to make them :) You can use any material, it doesn't have to be furry, it can be cotton, velvet, fleece, etc. For the stuffing, the cheapest way to go is to buy a pillow from Walmart, they have them for around $3, and should be more than enough to stuff a bear. And, don't stuff it too tight, you will split the seams. Good luck and happy sewing.
