Nature's Miracle has a line of cleaners for pet stains. Match the formula to the type of stain.

In general, I clean my tile floors with the following:

    1 cup baking soda

    1 cup white cleaning vinegar

    1 Tbsp blue Dawn

2 gallons hot water (I boil about 1/3 of mine)

For stubborn stains, I will use Lysol Lime & Rust Remover Toilet Bowl cleaner, comes in a black squirt bottle. I don't have pets but my step son's family lived in our farmhouse for a while and they did. This took out all the stains they left behind.

I came across this info that might help you:

Dogs provide companionship and love, all wrapped up in a cute little ball of fur. Unfortunately, dog urine can leave an odor that lasts for weeks and even months after the initial accidents. A variety of problems -- both emotional and physical -- will cause your dog to urinate outside its litter box, and a trip to a veterinarian may be in order. No matter what the reason, you can clean the dog-urine odor from tile and grout.

    • Absorb fresh urine with several paper towels folded in half. Discard the soiled paper towels.
    • Pour undiluted white vinegar into a spray bottle. Mist the tiles and grout with the vinegar. Rub with a damp cloth. Vinegar is an all-natural cleaner and deodorizer that neutralizes the dog urine and removes the odor.
    • Wipe the vinegar from the floor with a dry cloth. Mist the tiles and grout with the vinegar again. Let the vinegar air-dry on the floor.
    • Fill a bucket with 1 gallon cool water and 1 cup oxygen bleach. Dip an old toothbrush into the mixture and scrub the grout vigorously. The oxygen bleach will help brighten the grout and remove any urine stains.
    • Saturate a sponge in the mixture and wring out the excess liquid. Wipe the tiles and grout with the sponge. Dampen a clean cloth with cool water and rinse the mixture from the tiles. Wipe the tiles and grout clean with a towel.

I just bought Odor Ban PH balance no rinse floor cleaner from Home Depot that is great for cleaning pet urine odors from tile. I have a 2000 sq foot basement and my old cat sprayed a lot down there so this has helped get the odors out. I had to order it at Home Depot and pick it up and it is less than $10
