How can I decorate a huge mirror with a wooden, white painted frame?

The mirror is already framed in a white wooden wainscot frame. I'd like to jazz it up

You can glue on small mosiac tiles, silk flowers, dominoes, beads, twine, felt cutouts...anything that can be glued. I have used poinsettias around my mirror at Christmas and looked great. Good luck and we would like to see photos of the decorated frame when it is done.
