Here's an idea, but instead of the plastic bins you could put a picture of the shoes on the shoe box

Hi ! If you are keeping them in the shoe box , take a picture of each pair of shoes that you keep in the box , then have the pictures developed . Many store do this , Costco , Walgreens , CVS ... Then tape the right picture to the box , so you can easily
see what pair is inside the box. Then group the shoes by type , dress shoes , sneakers , candles , flats ...
Hello. Many place a photo of the shoes on the outside and display in stacks that way.
I have some clear plastic shoe boxes but I used my computer and printed a list off of the shoes I had in the boxes (evening shoes, dress shoes, red shoes, etc) and put on the outside of the box with tape and organized by type and colors hope this helps out Nora!I did the same with purses
I have a galvanized shelf in my closet filled with clear shoe boxes I bought at Home Depot, they were quite inexpensive. All the clear boxes stack on top of one another and it's easy to see the shoes. Keeps dust and dirt off the shoes and works great!

I put one pair in each box and label the box what shoes they are so you could just pick the ones you need
