Here's a link with several ideas for you:
You're welcome, Hazel. I hope you'll share your bread board clock with all of us here at Hometalk!
Here are some suggestions for you
How about modifying one from a thrift store? Find a shape you like and then paint it. :)
Hazel .... Hobby Lobby has all the items you need to make a clock but if you have a cheap one that you can pop the plastic of the face you can add pictures of the family, wallpaper to coordinate with a kitchen or another room, mod podge a pretty 1 ply napkin on it or stencil. Lots of different ideas...just have fun doing!
Hi ! You can find clock kits ( hour & minute hands , numbers and click motor ) at Michael's , hint ***Use a 40% off coupon !!!! . Then while you are there find something to use as the clock face , if you don't already have something in mind ...
You can check out the scrapbooking area for unique paper to mod podge to your clock face . You can find paper in all types of prints ...vintage , floral , barnwood ,
Maps , ... Good luck and have fun , he sure to post your project !!!!!
Im also an advocate for Hobby Lobby! You could also do stickers and just get the clock guts to put into the wall, but the Hobby Lobby versions would look better.
