You can purchase velcro that has the sticky back and after cutting the size you need... fold you material the correct size, cut the velcro and place it where it's needed and stick together. Be sure to use the different velcro on each side so it will close together. Good luck

They look like they're loose pillows, so I would make new covers for them in colors/patterns I like.

Cassandra....Make envelope cases and velcro at closure. I do that at holidays and use the same pillows just a different cover. Good luck
