How can I correct lawn that is sloping toward the house?
Heavy rains cause accumulation of water under screened porch. Do you take up sod and add dirt fill to correct slope away from house?

That would be a solution. You might also want to install a french drain along the edge of the screen porch.
Sloping the grade away would be one step. A french drain would catch any water and route it away from the slab. You probably can get away with a french drain 12" to 18" trench.
If it were my house, I would have a consult with a landscape architect and / or a soils expert. Chances are you will need to install a French drain system as well as regrading a portion of the yard. Water intrusion is nothing to fool with. It can undermine the foundation, cause mold issues, etc., all of which are costly to repair or remediate. Here are some sites to get you started.
