How do I insert a tub into a walk-in shower?
I bought a home with a gorgeous walkin shower, but I miss my tub! Can I insert a tub right in the shower?

Interesting idea Candace. If your walk in shower was big enough to hold a free standing tub--like a clawfoot tub--maybe it's possible! Would take some interesting plumbing work! Or you might have to tear out the walk in shower and install a tub that fits in the space and do some work on the walls surrounding the tub.
I don't think so but look into the inflatable hot tubs. Might give you a similar way to relax
Probably not. It may violate building codes as Naomie says. The floor of the shower may not support the weight of the tub and water. Also all the plumbing would need to be modified to fit the tub. Those modifications do involve plumbing codes. It would be different if you were remodeling a shower or replacing a tub for tub. No codes for that.
