How can I remove permanant marker from metal?

Use baby wipes or facial cleaning wipes. They work better.

Rubbing Alcohol (91%) will likely work.

Bleach will take it off Clorox cleanup takes it off

try isopropyl alchocol. The 90% stuff

It depends on the finish of the metal. I'd try Goo Gone, WD-40, a magic eraser, or Bar Keeper's Friend.
