How can I save my wide pine floors?

Over the years the sealer and stain have worn off and the exposed wood is dry in the heavy traffic areas. When it was originally sealed the poly cracked and chipped off. Directions were followed to the "T". Any ideas ???

Rejuvenate might fix your issue if you don't want to refinish the floors.
You could try restaining and sealing just the problem areas but eventually the floors will have to be sanded down totally, restained and resealed again.
They probably need to be refinished, for this I would call in a professional. Original wide pine floors are beautiful!
I agree with Naomie. You can stain and seal the worn areas. Sounds like you got a long life from the original finish. It doesn't last forever.
Consider stirpping the floor by renting a sander at Home Depot or Lowe's. Consider using a quality finish such as the 2 I listed below. I use these 2 finishes on my custom tables and they were initially created for flooring. They are sort of pricey, but last forever.

I agree that you might be able to spot refinish them. But, please seriously consider a professional refinishing. It will give you years of great flooring.
you will need to refinish them again .Pine is really soft wood and it will happen again
