5 Insanely Cool Projects That We Can't Wait to Try in 2020

These are the projects that got us the most excited to DIY this year, and they're at the very top of our list for 2020. We're trading in stencils for transfers, replacing fairy gardens with succulent art, crafting for sustainability, and bringing on all the epoxy resin!
1) This adorable succulent planter arrangement
This was one of the cutest ideas we saw this year and we're so eager to try it out! If you were all in on the fairy garden trend in the 2010's, we want to recommend making this move from dollhouse to dramatic. Succulent art is all about arranging for impact.

2) These stylish tiered trays from baking pans
The Farmhouse trend isn't leaving with 2019! We're still craving that rusty, distressed goodness in a big way, but now in smaller touches, like decor accents and wall art. These tiered trays are a Farmhouse must!

3) This cloth-covered makeover
Use scraps from a too-long shower curtain or tablecloth to dress up your old furniture. It's all about looking at what you have and figuring out what you need!

4) Concrete base candles
Industrial is also sticking it out this year, but not in the full-force way we've seen it so far. For 2020, we're looking at hints of industrial decor. We're talking metal accents and concrete paired with natural materials, for a softer, less intense take.

5) Art installations at home
Your standard wall art just won't cut it for this new decade. Instead, we're excited to bring the popular art world trend indoors with big impact installations. This book wall is the perfect way to really get that wow factor and transform your walls with wonder.
