The ratio I use for killing weed mixture is 1 gallon of white vinegar, 1/2-1 cup of table salt and a good squirt of Dawn dish washing liquid. Pour the solution into a garden sprayer or a large bottle with a spray top and spray liberally directly onto your weeds. I've found the Dawn helps the solution "stick" to the weeds for a while longer and you'll soon see the results. Be sure not to over spray onto plants you want to thrive.

I use one cup of vinegar, one cup of salt to two gallons water in a garden sprayer. Saturate the weeds till dripping. Do not use on lawn or in garden. Will kill everything. Boiling water on weeds in lawn and garden.
