Looking for unusual inexpensive ceiling decorating ideas? Learn how to make our woodland twinkle light ceiling decor project. It's breathtaking! SEE FULL PROJECT & ALL PHOTOS HERE

First, put up the icicle twinkle lights. This was done using a stapler, being VERY CAREFUL not to staple into the wire. These will pull out easily later. We stapled them randomly as we went.

There was no method to hanging the twinkle lights. We just placed them how we thought looked good.

We purchased a bag of vines and flowers.

We then began hanging the vines in the same method as the lights, using a manual staple gun. We found that stapling over the vine wire would cut it in half as it was so thin so we ended up stapling into the leaves to hold it up. Again, we did this randomly as to how we wanted it.

After placing the vines where we wanted them we added the hanging flowers.

This is the unlit version of our woodland decor.

Here it is all lit up! I looks great in the dark but I think I even like it better with the windows open. Feels magical!
