PVC Plumbing pipe with nylon fabric is easy to fabricate & is lightweight.
I would paint the pipe to keep the UV from degrading it over the years.

The cheapest way I know is to use a Valance Bed Sheet and Batten it to the house wall. Fixing the outer corners to an upright timber sunk into the ground.
