How can I make a dust ruffle without lifting the mattress?

I recently saw a women make a panel that fit on the lower side if the bed rails to make it look like a dust ruffle. Great the mattress does not have to be lifted to put in between. They are so heavy

Hello! I have fabric strip bed skirt panels that are stapled with inexpensive tagging gun tabs to the corded edges of the mattress. The tabs can be cut to wash and easily replaced. Could be n option to consider- you're correct mattresses ae unbelievably heavy!
